You can book online any time through our Square booking site — just click the Book Now button at the top of any page. You can also call or text us at (703) 906-0992 to schedule your visit.

TAO Therapeutic Massage Spa is open every day from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends and most holidays — 11 hours a day, 7 days a week. Last appointments must start before 8:00 PM for 60-minute services.

We accommodate walk-ins whenever availability allows, but we strongly recommend booking online or calling ahead to secure your preferred time and therapist. Weekend and evening slots fill up quickly — 2 to 3 days of notice is usually enough.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies happen — please call us at (703) 906-0992 if your plans change.

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can welcome you, talk through any pain points or preferences, and get you settled. We provide all linens. Wear comfortable clothing, and avoid heavy meals right before your session.

We specialize in therapeutic massage (Swedish, Deep Tissue, TAO Signature Combo, Sports, Foot, Natural Oil, Reiki, Stress Relief Head Therapy), TAO Special and TAO Aroma Couple Massages, Basic and Meridian Facials, and 6 signature spa packages that combine massage with facial and body care. Add-ons include hot stone, cupping, essential oil, and body scrub.

Swedish and Deep Tissue are $60 for 30 minutes, $100 for 60 minutes, $150 for 90 minutes and $200 for 120 minutes. The TAO Signature Combo runs $70 to $220 across the same four lengths, and Sports, Natural Oil and Reiki are $70 to $240. Facials start at $70 for 30 minutes.

Yes. Our TAO Special Couple Massage ($200 / $300 / $400) and TAO Aroma Couple Massage ($220 / $330 / $439) are performed side-by-side in our dedicated couples room across 60, 90 and 120 minutes. Both include hot stone enhancement and a soothing face mask; the Aroma version adds natural aromatic oil. Please book at least a few days in advance.

Yes. We offer four prepay session packages that save up to $110 per package: 5 × 60-minute massages for $450, 10 × 60-minute massages for $890, 5 × 90-minute massages for $700, and 10 × 90-minute massages for $1,390. You can mix and match between Swedish, Deep Tissue, and TAO Signature Combo.

Our Meridian Facial combines lymphatic drainage with meridian pressure-point work to sculpt, brighten, and rejuvenate the skin. It is available in 30-minute ($70) and 60-minute ($120) sessions and pairs beautifully with any massage.

Yes. All 5 of our senior therapists are certified and trained across multiple modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, meridian pressure, reflexology, sports recovery and reiki. In Virginia, massage therapist licensure is administered by the Board of Nursing at the Department of Health Professions.

We're at 8292 Old Courthouse Rd Ste C, Vienna, VA 22182 — minutes from Tysons Corner Center, Tysons Galleria, and Vienna Town Center. Free parking is available right in front of the spa, with no garage ticket and nothing to validate.

Guests drive in from Tysons (5 min), Oakton (8 min), McLean (10 min), Falls Church (15 min), Reston (15 min), Great Falls (15 min) and Arlington (20 min), plus Dunn Loring and Merrifield. TAO operates from a single Vienna, VA location.

We accept cash, credit card, and debit card. We do not accept HSA or FSA payments — TAO is a therapeutic wellness practice, not a medical clinic.

Yes. TAO gift cards are available online through our Square site in any denomination and can be used toward any service or signature package. A $100 card covers 60 minutes of Swedish or deep tissue massage; $200 covers a couples ritual for two.
